That Tangy Sweet Green Salad

I am on a salad experimentation spree. I have no idea who this cam into mind, but just thought it would be interesting. The sweet and tangy flavours mixed with the minty and sweet from the dressing adds an interesting twist to it.

Zucchini and Raw Mango with Mint and Honey Dressing

Ingredients

1 zucchini
1 Totapuri raw mango
The Dressing
10 mint leaves chopped
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons water

Steps

  1. Take all the ingredients under dressing and add it to a pan and saute till all the ingredients combine and allow it to cool.
  2. Grate the Zucchini and chop the raw mango into small pieces and set it aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
