17th recipe 50 Shades of Summer
It’s been a great weekend weather wise. It rained beautifully in Bangalore city; this is the Bangalore I know and have grown up with.
Spent some quality time with the dip pen, can write well enough to be confident to show my work on the blog. You can follow me on Instagram to keep up with the random things I find interesting. You should also know that I am a sucker for beautifully written quotes. It will take a bit of time and practice to get there 🙂
This salad has been an interesting find. I love experimenting with new ingredients and this time it was with a purple cabbage. What I didn’t realise was that the purple colour from the cabbage would be so overpowering and turn the whole salad into purple with specks of red from the tomato in different parts of the salad.
For me, personally this is an unusual salad with nuts etc and has different colourful bits to it. Each ingredient brings it’s own quality and colour to it.
Without further delay here is the recipe for the salad.
